Article Acceptance Process
A) After registering and submitting an article to the system, the article will be reviewed by the journal's experts for compliance with the formatting guidelines in the first stage (within one working week). To expedite the review process, please carefully read the author's guidelines section before submitting the article and prepare and submit the article accurately based on the formatting guidelines available in the system.
B) If accepted in the first stage, the article will undergo initial evaluation for content quality and relevance by the editor-in-chief, the specialty editor, and the editorial board in the second stage.
C) After acceptance in the second stage, the article will be sent to reviewers. The article review process is based on the minimum opinion of two reviewers and is as follows:
1- If both reviewers reject the article, the article will be rejected.
2- If one reviewer's opinion is a major revision and the other reviewer rejects the article, the article will be rejected.
3- If the opinions of two reviewers are a major or minor revision, the article will be referred to the author for revision.
4- If one reviewer's opinion is a minor revision and the other reviewer rejects the article, the article will be sent to a third reviewer, or a decision will be made based on case 1 and 2, considering the third reviewer's opinion and the first reviewer's opinion. In any of the above four cases, the editor-in-chief can also provide their expert opinion.
D) After the author revises and resubmits the article based on the reviewers' opinions, the article will be sent to one of the reviewers for comparative evaluation.
E) A reminder email will be sent to the reviewers every week, and if an article is not reviewed after a month, it will be withdrawn from the reviewer and assigned to a new reviewer. Depending on the amount of revisions requested, the reviewers' feedback, and the speed and accuracy of the author's revisions, acceptance in this journal will take about four months (if finally approved by the reviewers).
