Organic Chemistry Journal is a semiannual  electronic journal that is freely accessible and published by Payame Noor University in collaboration with the Iranian Chemical Society. The journal aims to advance knowledge and disseminate fundamental, applied, and developmental research results in various fields of organic chemistry, including the synthesis of organic compounds, computational organic chemistry, natural product chemistry, polymer and biopolymer chemistry, biotransformation of organic and natural compounds, medicinal chemistry, catalysis and biocatalysis, synthesis of nanomaterials and their applications, and sensors, through research and review articles.

Semiannual Organic Chemistry Journal uses double-blind peer review to ensure the quality of its publications and adheres to ethical principles in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). Currently, the cost of reviewing and accepting articles is free, and there is no subscription fee for readers. The journal is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), and license holders can copy, distribute, display, and create works only with proper citation of the original article.
