The Semiannual Organic Chemistry Journal is a specialized scientific publication with a mission to advance knowledge and disseminate the results of fundamental, applied, and developmental research in various areas of organic compound synthesis, computational organic chemistry, natural compound chemistry, polymer and biopolymer chemistry, organic and natural compound biotransformation, medicinal chemistry, catalysts and biocatalysts, nanomaterials synthesis and their applications, as well as sensors. It is published as a semiannual journal by Payame Noor University and in collaboration with the Iranian Society of Chemical Sciences and Technologies.

• The peer-review and article acceptance process is explained in detail in the submission guidelines section. All intellectual property rights belong to the author.

• This journal adheres to ethical standards in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines and follows the executive regulations of the law on preventing and combating plagiarism in scientific works.

• The journal publishes research and review articles electronically in Persian (with English abstracts and references). To prevent plagiarism, the Yab Metun system is used.

• Access to articles is free and unrestricted. The journal covers all relevant topics related to organic chemistry and began publishing in spring 2022.

• At present, there is no charge for article submission and review. If changes are made, this section will be updated accordingly.

• The peer-review process is double-blind and anonymous, with a minimum of two reviewers and one matching reviewer.
